All you need to do to make a radical change in your life is to give
a
step
MORE
(EVERY DAY)
The most difficult moments taught me...
In the most difficult moments, I learned the most important lesson of my life:
...that if you let go the anxiety of tomorrow and the problems of yesterday you will be able to focus on the only thing that matters: the step you have to take TODAY.
You just need to take one more step and breathe.
...that if you let go
the anxiety of tomorrow and the problems of yesterday, you will be able to focus on the only thing that matters:
The step you need to take today.
You just have to take one more step and breathe.
And that is how on May 23, 2010 I became the first Central American woman to summit Everest.
And in 2012 I became the first person in Latin America to ski to both poles, and climb the highest mountain on each continent.
And in 2012, the first person in Latin America to ski to both poles, and climb the highest mountain on each continent (Explores GrandSlam).
The curious thing is that...
...growing up I was very cold, afraid of heights and even worse, I suffered from asthma.
I definitely did not have the profile of an extreme climber. I climbed one small mountain after another, gradually increasing my endurance, technique and confidence.
I didn't know it then, but I was already practicing the One More Step method.
It's amazing what you can achieve by taking one more step every day.
With it I was able to:
Become a lecturer
Founding my company
Keeping in shape
Writing my first book
Support causes
Staying healthy
