"Everest was not the aim of my project, it was only the means to learn that our dreams, no matter how great and impossible they seem to be, can come true. It was the road--the most important part of it. It was the obstacles that I went through that shaped me and gave me valuable learning experiences. The challenge to reach the highest summit of the world left me lessons that I can now use with any other goal that I set in my life. All of us have dreams and personal Everests in our lives and in business, and we all have the potential to reach the summit.
A lot of times we don't believe that we are capable of achieving success, and we hinder ourselves from the very start. Sometimes we do know what our goal is, but don't know where to start or how to find the daily motivation to keep climbing. There is no formula for achieving success but the certainty to learn what it is that that hinders us to start the walk towards our limitless potential. With this new attitude, all obstacles can be overcome to conquer every single goal we set, either as an individual or as a team."
Andrea Cardona has given motivational conferences and done team work activities with more than 16,000 people including adults, teenagers, and children in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Italy, Brazil, Dominican Republic and the United States.
